Do I need to pay for Taxes and Duties?
Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Qure cannot accept liability. International shipments may be subject to the imposition of customs or import duties once they reach their destination. You will be liable for all of these duties and it is your sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties. If customs duties are refused or unpaid, these will be deducted from any future refund if applicable. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. Should you opt not to accept delivery and return the package to sender (RTS), a $49 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive the item back in our warehouse. What is SecureShip?
SecureShip provides shipping insurance for our customers’ online purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” meaning the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address)
Customers who do not purchase SecureShip shipping insurance are not eligible for coverage on items lost or damaged in transit.
How do I make a claim?
All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim due to insufficient packing.
Concealed damage allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery. The loss is deemed to have possibly occurred during the insured transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 16 days or later after final delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is not covered.
In case of loss or damage to the covered parcel or freight the following must be completed:
The Insured will file immediate notice of non-delivery, damage, or shortage with the Qure Customer Service Team. The Insured will not file a claim with the Carrier as all rights to the carrier provided coverage is assigned to Qure Customer Service Team.
Once a claim has been accepted and approved by us, prompt payment will be made to the Insured. SecureShip will rely on the determination of responsibility made by the original Carrier to assist in substantiating the loss.
All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable and non-transferable except as may be expressly provided in these Terms.

Micro-infusion treatment is an effective skin booster treatment, and you’ll likely notice a radiance boost, softer fine lines and overall a healthy fresh complexion in the next day or two.
The more treatments you perform the greater skin benefits over time you’ll receive. This quick and easy home facial is perfect to perform a day or two before a big event, when you need to look to boost your skin’s complexion, fast.
Don’t forget to keep up with your everyday skincare routine to boost the effectiveness of your Micro-Infusion results and keep skin healthy, hydrated, and glowing long-term.
How often can I do the treatment?
We recommend a Micro-Infusion treatment every 2 weeks for the best results!
How do I open the serum ampoule/ vial?
Our serums come packaged in glass vials, with a rubber stopper sealed with aluminum to ensure the serum stays sterile for treatment.
1. Firmly hold the body of the serum vial with one hand. Find the arrow on the cap lid and flip to open from the end where the arrow is located.
2. Once the seal has been broken, hold the cap and steadily bend the silver seal away from the serum vial until it almost snaps off.
3. Peel back the silver seal from around the top of the serum vial and dispose of it in the bin.
4. Remove the rubber stopper and pour the serum into your Micro-Infusion device.
If you’re mixing both the Rejuvenating and Hyrda-Soothing Serum for your treatment then put back the rubber stopper on the vial to save the remaining serum for your next session!
When is the best time to do micro infusion?
We recommend doing the treatment at night before bed. Avoid being in the sun and using makeup for 24 hours after the treatment. For more information.
What are the benefits of Microinfusion?
The needles of the Micro-Infusion device and the stamping action triggers the body’s natural healing process and in turn boosts the production of collage, making your skin look firmer and fine lines look softer.
The serum booster that you choose to infuse during your Micro-Infusion will determine the major benefits of your treatment. Very fine hollow needles infuse micro-droplets of concentrated serum at a specific depth into the dermis (top layer) of your skin precisely where they are needed to accelerate absorption of active ingredients that target specific skin concerns.
You can switch up your treatments and even mix the two serums together!

Are there any side effects?
Everyone’s skin is different. You may experience a bit of skin redness for the first few hours after treatment. However, this should be minimal and disappear quickly.
We recommend consulting with your dermatologist or doctor before use if you suffer from any skin condition. A patch test on an area of your skin that isn't too exposed prior to treatment is also recommended, to have a better understanding of how your skin will react and the downtime you should expect.
What does Micro-Infusion treatment feel like? Does it hurt?
It feels like a tiny prick. Most people say it’s completely painless.
The ultra-fine needles (0.5mm length) in our Microinfusion devices mean that you’ll feel minimal pain during treatment. While you may feel a bit of discomfort or a prick here and there when first starting the treatment, you will get used to the feeling quite quickly.
What’s the difference between home micro-needling rolling and Micro-Infusion?
Micro-needling focuses on stimulating your body's own collagen by creating micro-injuries. But it doesn’t deliver any ingredients directly into your skin.
With Micro-Infusion, you not only reap the benefits of micro-needling, but also deliver active ingredient solutions to target your specific skin concerns - This makes it work quicker and more effectively.
How many treatments do I get out of one Micro-Infusion device?
Each needle head is to be used one time per treatment, and disposed of after each treatment. This minimizes the risk of infection and unnecessary damage to the skin. Use one full serum ampoule per treatment.
Can I use any serum with my Micro-Infusion device?
Please keep in mind that not all serums are suitable for micro-infusion. Some may cause irritation and should be avoided! We have developed our potent serum ampoules that are perfect for Qure’s micro infusion system. They are formulated to have low risk of irritation and with no fragrance.
How do I clean the device?
Once you’ve finished stamping your way to brighter and plumper skin, follow the below cleaning instructions:
Twist off the needle head with the cap attached and safely dispose.
Wash the chamber out with water and gentle cleanser.
Let the device air dry completely, on a clean surface, before packing away.
Open a brand new needle head packet and attach the needle head onto the device. Ensure hands are clean and don’t open the cap of the needle head.

Is the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear safe to use?
Yes! Light therapy has been studied and tested across hundreds of peer-reviewed clinical trials, with overwhelmingly positive results for skin health. The treatment is pain free, non-invasive, requires no surgery and is a completely safe and effective treatment for all skin types.
Should I protect and close my eyes during treatment?
The Q-Rejuvalight Pro has been tested and cleared for eye safety. It has successfully passed the IEC62471 evaluation for eye safety test, which is used to determine whether a device's light output is safe for the eyes or not. Regardless, we recommend closing your eyes and wearing protective eyewear during treatment. The light can be bright when powered on and some users may experience sensitivity, even when closing their eyes.
The best type of eye protection when undergoing light therapy treatment are blackout goggles that let little to no light in and to help lessen the light intensity. These usually range from $10-$15 dollars and you can usually find a few suppliers on Google or Amazon.
Where can I fit in the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear Treatment in my daily skin care routine?
You may easily fit in a 3-minute treatment right after you wash and dry your face. The only important thing to remember is that your face should be clean before the treatment. Once the treatment is done, you may proceed in applying serums and creams to your skin as desired!
How often can I use my Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear?
One of the best things about the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is that you only need to use it once per day. That's how effective the treatment is! For best results, we recommend that you do your 3 minute treatment daily. You may also do one full Anti-Ageing treatment and one full Anti-Breakout treatment per day.

How do I start my first treatment?
Activate your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear via the Qure Skincare app, or follow the How To Use guide, which can be found inside the box.
After cleansing your face, place our Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear comfortably over the face, securing strap around head. Press and hold the Q power button on forehead for 3 seconds to turn on our Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear, select treatment mode on the app (Anti-ageing or Anti-Breakout) and start your treatment!
Does my Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear work without the app?
You can manually use your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear without using the app. However if you’re wanting to customise your treatment on different areas on your face, then this will need to be done via the Qure Skincare app.
To choose/change a full treatment without using the app, follow the instructions below:
Power on the device by holding the Q button on forehead until the red indicator light is on
Press the button once for Anti-Ageing Treatment
Press it again for Anti-Breakout Treatment
Switch off the device by holding down the Q button until the indicator light turns off
How do I charge my Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear?
The Q-Rejuvalight Pro is USB-rechargeable. A two and a half hour charge can deliver up to 10 treatments. Plug into an USB power adaptor, input should be 5V/1A, the voltage should no more than 5V.
Plug the USB-C power/charging cord into the port connector of your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear, then plug it into a universal USB power adapter. Device is fully charged when the red power indicator light next to the charging port is turned off.
Can the Q Rejuvalight Pro Facewear be used whilst charging?
No, you cannot turn on the device while charging for safety reasons.
How do I prevent the inner mask silicone from discolouration?
Make sure to clean your face thoroughly before use! Residue from make ups or other creams/serums can cause discolouration.
What is the best way to clean the Q-Rejuvalight Pro after use?
Wipe the inside with a damp cloth to remove any residue from skin oils after each use. Make sure the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is unplugged and turned off. Then use a damp, soft, or microfiber cloth to clean the facial area. Repeat until the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is clean and then dry with a clean dry cloth.
What does it mean when my Q-Rejuvalight Pro is continuously blinking?
A blinking red light around device indicates that your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is low in battery and needs to be charged.

Limited Warranty Information
What is covered by the limited warranty?
This 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear when purchased directly from Qure Skincare. Your 1-year limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred.
If the product was a gift then please obtain a copy of the original receipt or have the original purchaser process the warranty claim on your behalf.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover: damage, defects, failure caused by abuse or misuse, improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects, use with a voltage connector, or loss of device.
How long does this limited warranty last?
The limited warranty begins from the date of purchase and expires after one year. The warranty period is not extended if your device is replaced by Qure during the warranty period.
What will Qure do if your device is defective?
If you discover a defect in your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear covered by the warranty, before the 1-year warranty period expires, contact Qure customer support for assistance. If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, Qure will decide whether to replace your device with either a new or refurbished device. The Qure Skincare app allows you to unlock all the best features of your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear! You can fully customize, track and plan your light therapy treatments. It gives you full control of your skincare treatments, with a personalized program that's unique to your skin profile.
What does it mean to “customize” my Q-Rejuvalight Pro treatment?
The Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is the world’s first customizable LED light therapy home device. You can personalise your treatments by selecting either the Anti-Ageing or Anti-Breakout mode on 5 different facial areas (or even full face) via the Qure Skincare app.
Not everyone has the same concerns or skin issues that they want to Qure.
So, if you were wanting to target breakout concerns on your chin and nose, then you can program the Anti-Breakout treatment on those facial areas, whilst having the Anti-Ageing treatment on the rest of your face like your forehead, eyes and cheeks.
It’s your own personalised LED light therapy treatment, that you can tailor to your own skin’s needs and concerns.

How do I pair the Qure Skincare app with my Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear?
To pair the app with your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear, follow these steps:
Open the app on your mobile device and follow the instructions to set up your profile and pair your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear with the app.
Turn on your Bluetooth on your phone.
Turn on Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear by holding the center button on the forehead until the light is on.
Once your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear appears on the Bluetooth available devices list, click on it to connect. You should then see on your app that the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear has been successfully paired.
How do I schedule my treatment and get reminders on my phone?
For the best results, we recommend doing a 3 minute treatment daily. We know life gets busy and we can forget to do some self-care. With the Qure Skincare app you can schedule in your at home clinical LED light therapy treatments and get reminders sent to your phone.
Follow these steps to schedule your treatments via the app:

Why is my Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear not charging?
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Make sure that the USB-C power cord is firmly inserted into the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear, and check if the power indicator light turns on.
Try a different USB-C Power Adapter to ensure it is working properly.
Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is power to the outlet.

My Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear shuts off abruptly, prior to completion of 3 minute treatment. Why is that?
The Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear's treatment LED lights are designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes. It also may shut off after multiple repeated uses if it exceeds desired temperature. Allow the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear to cool for several minutes and try again. If the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear continues to shut off prior to 3 minutes, please contact Qure support at

Make sure that Location Sharing is enabled on your phone. Once confirmed, exit out of the app, and reopen - then connect to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear.
My Q-Rejuvalight Pro shuts off abruptly, prior to completion of 3 minute treatment. Why is that?
The Q-Rejuvalight Pro treatment is designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes. It also may shut off after multiple repeated uses if it exceeds desired temperature. Allow the Q-Rejuvalight Pro to cool for several minutes and try again.
If the Q-Rejuvalight Pro is low in battery then it can shut off prior to the 3 minute treatment so ensure that the battery is fully charged.

Why is a PIN code being asked when I'm trying to connect my Q-Rejuvalight Pro with the Qure app?
You may have been connecting the mask via the Bluetooth menu on your phone hence why this occurred. Please connect directly by opening the Qure app and connect to your phone bluetooth
make sure to connect the device directly via the Qure App.
