How often can I do the treatment?

We recommend a Micro-Infusion treatment every 2 weeks for the best results!

Is it painful? Does it hurt?

Although the 0.5mm needles are longer than most at-home needling systems (making it more effective), the ultra-fine needles are thinner than a human hair, so that means you’ll feel minimal to no pain during treatment.

During the initial stages of treatment, you may experience a prickling sensation as the needles make contact with the skin but you’ll get used to the feeling quickly.

How many treatments do I get out of the  Micro-Infusion 3 Month Bundle?

Total of 6 treatments. Each needle head is to be used one time per treatment, and disposed of after each treatment. This minimizes the risk of infection and unnecessary damage to the skin so you can get the best results. Use 1 full serum ampoule per treatment.

What serums come in the bundle? Can I use any serum with my Micro-Infusion device?

We recommend only using the serums that come in the bundle. Some serums may cause irritation and should be avoided! We have developed our potent serum ampoules specifically for Qure’s Micro-Infusion system, with low risk of irritation and with no fragrance.

There are two types of serums that come in the bundle, you can mix them together to experience a complete set of benefits that treats your specific skin concerns.

Rejuvenating Serum:

Is there any aftercare that I should follow post my Micro-Infusion treatment?

After you’ve infused your skin with all that skin boosting serum, try to keep the skin clean for 24 hours and follow these post treatment guidelines:

• The day after treatment, wash your face with a gentle cleanser and apply a nourishing moisturizer.
• Users may experience minor redness and irritation after the procedure but should quickly subside. Skin may experience mild swelling, peeling or flaking. You can minimize these effects by keeping the skin moisturized.
• Skip makeup for as long as you can, but at minimum, at least 24 hours.
• No exercising or strenuous activity for the first 24 hours post-treatment. Sweating and gym environments are harmful, rife with bacteria, and may cause adverse reactions.
• Keep in mind, anything you put on your skin after using Micro-Infusion will absorb mo re easily, so it’s important to keep the skin clean and use products that don’t have harsh ingredients (no acids!).
• Avoid touching your face, especially with dirty hands that haven’t been sanitized.
• Avoid swimming, saunas and steam rooms for at least 24-48 hours post-treatment.
• Avoid applying products containing fragrances, active ingredients or acids such as Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acid, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C or anything perceived as ‘active’ skincare including scrubs or toners for at least 2-3 days post-treatment, as it may cause irritation.
• Avoid exfoliating products for 2-3 days after treatment because they can be abrasive on skin when it is in that kind of condition. Avoid direct sun exposure immediately after treatment. Apply a high protection sunscreen when going outdoors, and avoid prolonged sun exposure. Use good quality non-comedogenic sunscreen if going in the sun.

By the next day, you should be free to resume your normal activities, skincare routine, and any makeup you want to apply—but you may not even need it. Just ensure you monitor your skin’s reaction.

How does tap water harm my skin?

Facial skin is more sensitive than your skin anywhere else. Your skin barrier is like a protective shield against outside threats. But the stuff in tap water can harm it, leading to:

• Dry and Damaged Skin: Tap water can strip away your skin's natural oils, leaving it dry and damaged.
• Skin Irritation: It might also cause skin irritation, making it sensitive and red.
• Premature Aging: The chemicals in tap water can even speed up the aging process, causing wrinkles and fine lines.

What does it filter in the water?

How often should I use it for optimal results?

For best results, we recommend using the device 5-7 times a week. Each session only lasts 10 minutes. Visible results may vary, but improvements can be seen within 4 weeks of consistent use. More significant changes can be seen over several months.  

How long is the treatment?

Just 10 minutes! A one and a half hour charge can deliver up to 7 to 8 treatments.

Is it safe for all skin types?

Yes, this device is safe for all skin types. It is non-invasive and gentle on the skin. However, if you have specific skin conditions, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist before use.

How do I charge the device? 

Charge Neck & Décolletage device fully for 4 hours before your first use. Only use a 5V adapter or computer USB port. Please avoid fast chargers as they can damage the battery.

To charge the device, insert the USB-C cable into the controller. Insert the USB-A side of the cable into a USB power supply. When the controller is charged, the LED indicator on the controller flashes white, and when the controller is fully charged, the indicator will be steady white.
