How to take care of your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear

Before every Q-Rejuvalight Pro treatment, wash your face well and ensure your skin is clean with no make-up or cleanser residue left. This will ensure the best treatment possible (we don’t want anything getting in the way of the lights reaching deep within your skin).

Keep it Simple, Keep it Clean
Take care of your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear device by properly cleaning it after each treatment.
To do so, simply follow these steps:
- Turn your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear OFF and unplug from any power source.
- Wipe the inside of the mask with a damp cloth (make sure the cloth is not too wet as it might damage the electrical components) to remove any residue from skin oils after each use. This is especially important if the device is being used by more than one individual.
- Clean Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear body by using a damp or microfiber cloth. Do not use chemical or alcohol-based cleansers on the exterior.
- Allow Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear to dry completely prior to use.
Since the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is an electrical device, it’s essential that you make sure that products – like gel or makeup – don't find their way into the seams, or on any of the electrical connections. A water dampened washcloth can be used to clean the exterior of the device, but water should not be used to clean the contacts or any internal components.

Setting Up Your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear
Unpack your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear and follow the steps below to set it up:
- Secure the strap to your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear.
- Unpack the USB-C cable and plug it into a universal USB power adapter (not included in the box) and into outlet for charging (use only UL or other locally certified and compliant USB power adapter).
- Plug USB-C power/charging cord into the port connector into the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear.
- Charge your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear for 2 and a half hours. Device is fully charged when the red power indicator light next to the charging port is turned OFF.
- Gently unplug the USB-C power/charging cord from the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear after fully charged.
Once done, proceed with the next steps to start your clinical home treatment:
- Download the Qure Skincare app.
- Open the app on your mobile device and follow the instructions to set up your profile and pair your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear with the app.
- Turn on your Bluetooth on your phone.
- Turn on Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear by holding the center button on the forehead until the light is on.
- Once your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear appears on the Bluetooth available devices list, click on it to connect.
- You should then see on your app that the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear has been successfully paired.
- Wash and fully dry your face prior to use, removing all make-up .
- Assemble the strap to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear by sliding the ends of the strap behind the hooks of the clips.
- Place and position the mask onto your face and adjust the strap (use the slide adjuster) to fit comfortably around the head and make sure the mask stays in place.
- Follow the instructions in the app to start and customise your treatment. You can choose from two treatment options: Anti-Ageing and Anti-Breakout.
- To choose/change the treatment without using the app, follow the instructions below:
- Power on the device by holding the Q button on forehead until the red indicator light is on
- Press the button once for Anti-Ageing Treatment
- Press it again for Anti-Breakout Treatment
- Switch off the device by holding down the Q button until the indicator light turns off
- Keep the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear on your face. The treatment will stop after 3 minutes.
- Remove the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear from your face. Turn the device off, and wipe it clean (see cleaning instructions).
- Place Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear into the provided protective storage bag.
- After treatment, apply creams or topical treatments as desired to skin.
- Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is not turning on:
- Is Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear fully charged? If the white indicator light is blinking then please charge the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear.
- Is the power cable connected to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear and the RED indicator light still turned off? – Please contact Qure customer support.
- Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is not charging:
- Is the USB-C power cord firmly inserted into the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear? (Does the power indicator light turn on?)
- Try a different USB-C Power Adapter to ensure it is working properly.
- Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is power to the outlet.
- Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear shuts off abruptly, prior to completion of 3 minute treatment:
- Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear's treatment LED lights are designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes
- Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear may shut off after multiple repeated uses if it exceeds desired temperature. Allow the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear to cool for several minutes and try again.
- The Qure Skincare App does not connect to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear:
- Make sure that Location Sharing is enabled on your phone. Once set on your phone, exit out of the app, and reopen - then connect to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear again.
